   "Beers'n Brews" Half & Full Day Charter



For those who prefer a "frothy drop", the Swan Valley has six quality micro breweries offering award winning brews and ales. Of course there's always premium wines available for those not so dedicated to the "Brewer's Best".

This specialised charter invites the discovery of "the brewing process" - enjoy an informative 'chat with the brew master" (subject to availability of course).

The Beers'n Brews Charter also includes a visit to The Kimberley Rum Company to sample the renowned "Canefire Rum".

Enjoy a hearty lunch at Edgecombe Bros as well as a visit to Elmars in the Valley, the largest glass brewery in the southern hemisphere and home to Elmars hand crafted smallgoods to compliment Bavarian Style award winning lagers.

FULL DAY CHARTER FEATURES INCLUDE:
Visit FOUR well known micro breweries including Mash Brewing, Feral Brewing Company, Duckstein German Brewery and Elmars Brewery.
Enjoy a "genuine beer tasting experience" - guests receive their own "rack" to sample and compare.
Premium wine tasting also available, for those not exclusively sampling beer.
Tasting at Elmars in the Valley - largest glass brewery in the southern hemisphere - features a full strength pint accompanied by an Elmars smallgoods tasting basket.
Gastronomical lunch at Edgecombe Bros includes glass of sparkling; a hearty gourmet platter featuring smoked salmon, chorizo sausage, vegetable frittata, barbequed asparagus, olives, extra virgin olive oil, turkish bread, dukkah with plenty of cheeses and healthy fresh fruit and salad.
Visit to The Kimberley Rum Company.
Sampling of renowned "Canefire Rum" as well as alcoholic slushies and more.
Visit to the Margaret River Chocolate Company for tastings.
