    A visit to Cape Lavender - enjoy a decadent morning tea of chef-prepared cakes and lavender tea - overlooking the picturesque farm
    Browse through the Gift Shop and sample the range of sensual body products on display.
    Visit Hay Shed Hill - taste an extensive range of superb award winning wines ... expertly matched with local and international cheeses presented by the cheese maker
    Nicholas Young, cheesemaker, barista and café manager, sources the best ingredients from Margaret River, Australia and Internationally in order to deliver food of seriously good quality.
    The Hay Shed Hill Deli Café overlooks the beautiful 35 year old vineyard in the Willyabrup Valley, making it a great venue to enjoy a glass of award winning wine with cheeses such as Papillon Roquefort and Tarrago Triple Cream Brie


    Detailed Cheese Matching Notes will be provided during tasting to assist guests identify their favourite combination
    Following the cheese matching session, guests will have the challenge of deciding which local or international cheese to take home with them from the extensive range on offer.
    Of course a quality cheese should always be accompanied by a quality wine


    Visit the Natural Olive Oil Soap Factory - taste amazing local and international olives, dukkah, and pestos
    The Natural Olive Oil Soap Factory hand blend several varieties of beautiful, luxurious body products, using natural and organic ingredients, pure Margaret River rainwater, and the finest ingredients mother nature has provided.
    The factory itself was a machinery shed renovated to allow visitors to the factory to overlook the soap making process from a mezzanine level and interact with the soap maker and the staff, providing the opportunity to see how some of the unique products are made.
    Visit Wills Domain - established in 1992, Wills Domain is owned and operated by the Haunold family whose Austrian ancestors were bestowed land and title in 1383 for viticultural excellence.
    Wine taste in the intimate cellar door, followed by a sumptuous main course a la carte lunch overlooking the undulating vineyard
    Browse through the exclusive art gallery and gift shop, or just sit on the verandah and soak up the views
    To whet your appetite, here are examples of just a few of the sumptuous a-la-carte choices....
    Vegetarian - chargrilled asparagus with quail egg, herbs, dill butter and pine nuts, mushroom formatto, parmesan, rosemary and lemon, sweet potato bisteeya*, pistachio and fetta. (*Bisteeya is a type of sweet and savory pie common in Morrocan cuisine - made from an outer layer of puffed dough enveloping a delicious filling)
    Pork Belly, spiced Abrolhos scallops, truffle salsa, apple cider glaze with pepper and fennel salad
    Fish of the Day - King George Whiting Fillets
    Travel through lush farmland including grazing kangaroos, on our way to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse
    Climb the lighthouse and enjoy expert commentary of the fascinating maritime history of the region and also an insight into the men and their families who maintained the lighthouse in it's early years.
    Enjoy late afternoon tea oceanside at Equinox Cafe at famous Busselton Jetty
    As the sun sets slowly over the Indian Ocean, our Savour the South charter returns to Perth
